The Wellness Center at DeKalb Medical is an 18,000 square foot fully equipped fitness facility complete with an indoor pool and indoor track.
We offer a variety of programs and services in the areas of fitness, lifestyle education and integrative medicine. Whether you are a well-conditioned athlete or use an assistive device, you'll find classes, equipment and caring Wellness Center staff members to help you reach your personal goals for optimal health.
We offer more than 55 group exercise classes a week, including aqua aerobics, from early in the morning until late in the evening. Our amenities include free towel service, free parking, locker rooms with showers, an indoor pool, 1/15 mile indoor track, free weights, cardio equipment, Technogym seated weight training equipment and more. There are no initiation fees or contracts and month-to-month memberships are available.
